On Friday 26th January, Senior art students went to the Hugh Lane Art gallery to view both the Andy Warhol exhibition and Charlemont House, designed by William Chambers. The boys were brought around the building by their art teacher Miss McGinley and later had a guided tour of the Warhol exhibition. Warhol is one of the most important and recognisable artists of the 20th century. The boys were delighted to be able to experience the works first hand rather than from their books, an experience they will hopefully remember.
