In this virtual workshop, Nick, a clinical psychologist and an expert on self-talk and anxiety, and myself, whose internal narrative drove me towards a life of addiction, will discuss simple tools that will help you to change your self-talk.
First, we will provide examples of how this works in the real-world, whilst demonstrating powerful techniques that can help you to cope with life’s challenges. Nick will focus on a self-compassion visualisation technique, while I will discuss tools that will show you how reframe your self-talk, and ultimately, change how you think and feel.
Once registered, simply download the FREE Zoom app (called Zoom Cloud Meetings) on your phone or laptop and log in 5 minutes before the talk starts.
